What was the highlight of Aiyaree Place Hotel

Great location

Breakfast food selection was great. Really good location, just a few minutes walk to Jomtien Beach and could catch Baht Bus right across the street to take you to downtown Pattaya. Only 10 baht, no matter where you get on or off. Just stand pretty much anywhere by side of road and flag one down. There was a great market just a few minutes walk away with a great selection of delicious street food! Just turn left on Jomtien 2nd Rd when you exit hotel (by 7 Eleven).

Pool is surrounded by the hotel which is eight stories high on two sides, so almost no sun. Rooms were nice but we had twin beds and the bedside table was on the far side of one bed which is also where the electrical outlet was. So I had to plug my phone in over by the entrance. Very firm pillows. Strange that real coffee was only available from 9 - 10 am, not during entire time of buffet breakfast.

Good location in jomtien beach.

The rooms were clean and air conditioning was good. There was seven eleven near by and a good pizzeria behind the hotel where you can get takeaway.

The sun didnt shine on the pool area except for small spots throughout the day. The staff were unfriendly expept the cleaners.

I liked everything with exception to the breakfast

Not enough Western food for breakfast (croissants, pastries, cakes, pancakes, bread, bacon).

Great location. Excellent staff. Brilliant restaurant. Very good prices for very large apartments.

The only minus - the wall between the bed and the TV. I would have preferred to watch TV from bed. But this is just my opinion.

Still a fine decent place

Still good, was better in the past. Still a decent affordable place, but, too many tour groups (mostly Chineses) arriving late at night and departing too early in the morning with all the noises that go with that.

Economical hotel in Jomtien

It's an economical hotel in central Jomtien, but a 20 min trip to central Pattaya. The rooms are quite big and comfortable.

Directly under certain rooms is all-night Karaoke. Breakfast is wildly overpriced - 3 mins walk away is a Norwegian Cafe with a cheaper huge traditional English breakfast.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast & nice location

Overall is excellent. Rooms are clean and specious. It is more beautiful than in the photos. All staffs are nice, gentle and friendly. Breakfast & swimming pool are superb!

Good hotel for an excellent price.

Room size, bed comfort (pillows could be softer - but that is a personal choice), breakfast has a big selection (would be great if items where warmer), the gym is now reopen, bathroom is big with toiletries provided (some time getting hot water is tricky in afternoon), room always very clean, staff are very nice and very accommodating (very late check in!). Great hotel which is excellent value, and we will keep coming back if we can book a room as it is very popular! Thanks again!

Pillows could be softer, breakfast items could be warmer, sometime warm/ hot water not easy to get in afternoon - but for most peoples usage all these things would be fine I imagine.

Decent hotel in good location but used a lot by coach parties.

The staff are very friendly. The room was huge with excellent facilities, and black out curtains. Breakfast good. Shower hot and fairly powerful. In room safe - not laptop compatible. A/C works. We like the welcome message on the bed this time along with the swans! One of the best value hotels in this location that I have found..

A/C still noisy, no Fitness centre as advertised (supposedly being refurbished - but I have seen treadmill outside now for a month). Safe not laptop compatible. Windows thin so you can hear traffic noise even above A/C. Used by coach parties.

Decent hotel but used a lot by coach parties.

The Rooms where big, shower was quite powerful, beds where reasonably comfy. Toiletries provided where nice. Breakfast was quite good with a wide spread. Room has a safe, kettle and fridge.

A/C could be a little quieter, though is one of the quietest we have experienced in the area. Basic tea and coffee not provided. Safe not Laptop Compatible. Very busy with coach parties - meaning breakfast was very very busy/ thou seemed quiet during the day.

Facilities and location was excellent

The air-con is of reduced quality and a program to replace it is in progress. In our first stay the hotel did not manage to get it properly running. In the next stay we got a different rom where it was renewed.

Not what I was expecting

Probably checking and checking out, only staff that speaks English and makes you feel welcome is at the reception area.

Not sure how this hotel gets a 5 star rating.... The breakfast was poor with mostly Aisian options. No bacon ? Eggs over cooked every day. Plastic plates, really ? Staff serving breakfast dont speak English. Wi fi not great either. Overall this hotel should get a 3 star rating.

Generally, a very pleasant stay. The comments above would simply elevate their service and standing.

Junior Suite. Spacious, clean, fantastic lady who cleaned my room For the full 14 days. Location excellent

The front staff appear to be somewhat aloof and not very responsive. Safe didn’t work, no TV reception for 5 days - although the Tv was not a big issue. Hotel breakfast an exact duplication to the the point that you could serve blindfolded. No variation at all. Poor quality coffee as well. I only used 4 of the 14 breakfast vouchers. They should allow you to use vouchers for a 50% discount on breakfasts at Anna’s after 10am. Anna’s Restaurant serves good foood generally but the waiters are extremely slow and can’t understand English. Not too energetic.

Pool, location close to the bus station to the airport and the public transport, very nice and sweet housekeepers (they made cleaning everyday)

There is no possibility to order breakfast box by phone (you have to bring the coupon (paper) the day before). This is a big deal when you are not in town (a day before you need a box) and you come back tired very late at night. Very noisy Chinese elderly. They woke me up at 6am almost everyday.
